Kathy Pilcher

Kathy Pilcher is a graphic designer based in Gurnard on the Isle of Wight. Kathy's designs have grown from a style that has gradually developed over recent years with her Paper Pleasures stationery and greeting cards brand. Inspired by trips to Norway and Denmark, she has created a range of fresh, clean and colourful graphics, drawing inspiration from Nordic folk art along the way. The bold colours of contemporary Scandinavian graphics have influenced her colour palette. Working from her home studio overlooking the Solent, Kathy's illustrations aim to capture the beauty of nature together with botanical elements that have become a feature of her work.
